Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, include all tags and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
