How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, stock status, delivery address, and chosen shipping option.
How do I know my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the purchase. Please also check your spam folder if you don't see the email immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. If the order has already begun processing or has been shipped, we may not always be able to make changes.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service before sending the item back. You will then receive the correct instructions on how the return should be handled.
The item should be returned in as good condition as possible, along with original packaging, tags, and any accessories. If the item has been handled more than necessary and this affects the item's condition or value, a deduction for depreciation may be made during the refund.
Can I return feed or treats?
For hygiene, safety, or health reasons, opened packages of feed, treats, and similar products generally cannot be returned. This applies particularly to products where broken packaging affects safety, shelf life, or hygiene.
Unopened products can normally be returned according to our return policy.
What do I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you further with a complaint, replacement item, return, or refund depending on the situation.
