These terms and conditions apply when you shop at Nordicanimals.com. By making a purchase, you agree to our terms of sale. We recommend that you read the terms before completing your order.

General

Nordicanimals is a Swedish online pet store that sells products for dogs, cats, small animals, and other pets. We reserve the right to correct any typing errors, price changes, items being out of stock, and incorrect product information.

We reserve the right to update these terms as needed. The terms valid at the time of purchase are the terms that apply to your order.

Order

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. Always check that all details in the order confirmation are correct.

If something is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not always be able to change it.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. These may include card payment, Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Swish, or other payment options depending on the solutions activated in the store.

Payment is handled via secure and established payment providers. Nordicanimals does not store your full card details.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Normal delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after the order has been processed, but delivery time may vary depending on the product, stock status, delivery address, and chosen shipping option.

Shipping options and any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete the purchase.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a fee corresponding to the costs of shipping, return shipping, and administration.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct name, address, email address, and phone number when ordering and to collect the package on time.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a customer, you normally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you need to contact us before returning the item.

The item must be returned in as good a condition as possible, together with original packaging, labels, and any accessories. You have the right to examine the item in the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been handled more than necessary and this affects the item's condition or value, a depreciation deduction may be made upon refund.

For hygiene, safety, or health reasons, some products cannot be returned if the packaging has been broken or the product has been used. This may apply to feed, treats, hygiene products, and other goods where broken packaging affects safety, durability, or hygiene.

Complaints

If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to what was promised, you may have the right to complain about the product. You have the right to complain about a faulty item within 3 years of purchase. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you discovered the fault.

Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, and pictures if possible, and we will help you further according to current consumer regulations.

Refunds

In the event of an approved return or complaint, the refund is usually made to the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

It may take a few banking days before the refund appears on your account, depending on the bank and payment provider.

If the item has been used or handled more than necessary, a deduction may be made for any depreciation.

Product Information

We always try to display correct product information, images, prices, and stock status. We reserve the right to correct any typing errors, image errors, technical errors, and changes from suppliers.

Product images may sometimes differ slightly from the actual product, for example, due to packaging changes or updates from the manufacturer.

Responsibility

Nordicanimals is not responsible for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control, such as transport problems, technical disruptions, government decisions, supplier problems, or force majeure-like events.
