Normal delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery time may vary depending on stock status, product, delivery address, and chosen shipping option.

During campaigns, holidays, or periods of high demand, delivery may take slightly longer.

The shipping options available for your order are displayed at checkout. We may use shipping companies such as PostNord, DHL, Bring, or other carriers depending on the order's size, weight, and delivery address.

At checkout, you will always see current shipping options and any shipping costs before completing your purchase.

Order Confirmation and Delivery Information

Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchase.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive delivery information or tracking details via email or SMS, depending on the chosen shipping option.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a fee corresponding to the costs for shipping, return handling, and administration.

It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package on time and to ensure that the name, address, phone number, and email address are correct when ordering.
