All payments are handled through secure and established payment providers. Nordicanimals does not store your full card details.

Klarna
If Klarna is available at checkout, you can choose from the payment options Klarna offers, such as pay directly, pay later, or installment payment. Which options are displayed may depend on your order, your details, and Klarna's own terms and conditions.
PayPal and Digital Wallets
If PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay are displayed at checkout, you can use these for faster and smoother payment. The payment is then handled via the respective provider's secure system.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is complete, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. In the order confirmation, you will find information about your order and your order number.
If you cannot find the order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
Suspicious Payment or Error at Checkout
If something seems wrong with the payment, for example, if the payment doesn't go through or you have been charged but haven't received an order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order number, if you have one.
The email address you used for the purchase.
Time of purchase.
Which payment method you used.
